Pai Gow Poker is a modern game with old origins. Built on the ancient Chinese domino game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the east with the western in a great game for new players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player versus the dealer, not like nearly all other poker games that players wager against other gamblers. By betting against the dealer, beginner players do not have to worry about any other, more knowledgeable individuals taking their moolla.

A further Pai Gow edge is the generally leisurely game play, rookies should be able to take their time and scheme without having to make frenzied selections.

It is also simpler to gamble on for an extended time with only a small amount of cash seeing as, to lose, each of your hands needs to be lower than both of the dealer’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the customary 52-card common deck and one joker. The gambler is given 7 cards faces showing and the dealer gets seven cards faces hidden.

One 5 card hand and one two card hand have to be made from the seven cards, the 5 card hand must be stronger than the two card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand totals to be better than the houses.
